Since leaving Canada to live overseas in 2016, I began to bake as a way to feel at home as well as to make others feel at home while they visited with me. I've always loved good food. My baking journey has given me the opportunity to explore the delicious world of sourdough as well as many other breads, and now I want to share it with more people in my community!
